I stumbled upon this video and thought I'd share. Here's Crystal Kay, pre-恋におちたら, pedaling her earnest songs and even doing a cover. I've already established I'm not a real Hikki fan; I don't know if she did Deep River any justice. Maybe you know?? (J, I'm lookin' at you). The video quality isn't too great, but the sound's fine so, enjoy ^_^.
This video must've been before the cheques rolled in. Because home girl has no hair highlights or anything. She didn't even run a hot comb through that shit. *lol*
ReplyDeleteAs for the Hikki comment - do you mean "I don't know if she did Deep River any justice" by if the album was any good? Because if so, then 'Yes'. Deep river is a solid album. I play it to death. That CD stays in my stereo. I play it near enough every night when I go to bed. :D

ReplyDeleteYeah, she did the damn thing with "Deep river". She sounded really nice and sang it note for note how Hikaru does. I'm glad. It would've hurt me if Crystal did a Hikaru Utada song badly.
They should a song together! :D
