As the huge Christina fan that I am, I’m not at all hesitant to say that I’m disappointed with current single Keeps Gettin’ Better. I’m very much excited to celebrate her decade in the game, I just feel that she could have commemorated the occasion with a better single. It’s not awful, just nothing mind-blowing. However, I just listened to the promo CD, and the Tricky Remix is awesome. Like, I wish it were the original version. The beat is tight, and it still has that electro/dance edge. The song made it to #7 on the Hot 100 last week, which is more than I ever hoped for, but here’s hoping radio picks this version up, as it’s sure to give the song some longevity.
I'm tired of this bitch. She is in no position to be dropping Greatest hits LP's. She's WAY ahead of herself. I will download it just to cop the re-done "Genie in a bottle", because I loved how that sounded when she lip synced and Lady Gaga swagger jacked it at the 2008 VMA's.
