...Adam lost?!?!

Junlee said...: America's some damn fools. Kris was cool and everything, but if you want to keep it real, Adam is the most talented and unique contestant that show has ever seen. He was making them dudes (and lady's) look like amateurs night in and night out.

brandon said...: I concur 100%. Adam has one of the most incredible voices ever. There is certainly no other male in the game right now with pipes like him. Dude can hit some straight up Jennifer Hudson notes. And he wasn't ashamed or afraid to put himself out there for America to see and judge and I think that took balls. Especially considering the smears regarding him dressing in drag and kissing guys.

With all that said, I'm glad that he made it to the top 2. He clearly deserved to win but once you get to the top 2 on AI, it's a popularity contest. Adam was incredible but Adam was weird. The America cool enough to make Adam the winner of AI is the America too cool to watch AI in the first place. So it's awesome he got as far as he did.

Whatevs. Adam will be the first guy to have a legitimate career after Idol. Kris Allen will be another Clay, Rueben, Daughtry, Cook, Nobody, etc.; May 24, 2009 at 7:26 AM
