Wow. Just, wow. This has me looking forward to March, 2010. Who the hell looks forward to March?! Some people say Tim Burton shouldn't be allowed to tinker with children's movies, and I say kill those people because they're stupid. Burton turns everything into creepy, creepy gold. And, Johnny Depp! You just know his Mad Hatter is going to be incredible. He should spend the rest of his career portraying crazy people. Helena Bonham Carter looks frightening as f*** as the Red Queen. Love it. This marks Depp's and Burton's seventh collaboration; I say keep 'em coming.

can't wait!
i'm actually not sure how i feel about it. i'm a little sick of tim burton's inability to cast someone else. clearly he's really creative and i feel like he's limiting himself by only working with them. but i'm intrigued to see anne hathaway in it (just saw rachel getting married and really liked her in it), and see the visuals of alice in wonderland, cuz those are gonna be PRETTY.
Alice in Wonderland was always a bit of a twisted childrens' tale that was open to darker interpretations. So it'll be interesting to see Tim Burton's take on it.
