The web's abuzz with rumors of Buffy alum, Michelle Trachtenberg, joining the cast of Gossip Girl. The show returns to airwaves in April if I'm not mistaken, after being screwed over by the writer's strike. I'm excited; I love Dawn! I hope she plays a bitch and f**ks with Serena's s**t!! Can't wait ^_^

ReplyDeleteI've never watched Gossip girl. I'd only heard of it because Kristen Bell was involved in it and I LOVED Veronica Mars. The CW's been falling off mad as of late. I used to be a Smallville stan, but they're f**king up this current series to the point I can't watch it any more. They still be milking the Clark / Lana bullshit and having every person catch amnesia up in the place.
Yeah, I won't go on the record and say Gossip Girl is quality television by any means, it's just one of my many guilty pleasures. I used to love Smallville, too, but it got to the point where all the plot lines started to feel recycled and stale. It's a shame, too, 'cause back when it was good, I used to watch with my grandmother. She thought Lionel was "a very handsome man." LOL
