I obsess over Crystal Kay a lot. Yet, I understand many of my friends don't know who the hell she is and once they discover she sings in Japanese, they're just not interested. Which makes sense. Fine. So, here is Crystal's most recent video and song (from '06) in English, entitled "Kirakuni," roughly "take it easy." Not my favorite, but you'll understand it. Enjoy =].

I'm not a huge fan of this song, but it's still nice. She sounds just as hot singing in English as she does in Japanese, which can't be said for the likes of Hikaru Utada. Bitch sounded terrible on Exodus.
Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis should produce for more Japanese artists, given that they've worked with Crystal Kay, Jyongri and Hikaru Utada on several occassions and have given them good songs. The only notable western artist they were producing for was Janet Jackson and she's kicked them to the curb now, so... *shrugs*
I bought Call me miss... for "KTK" and "Hero" alone. I heard clips of them on her official website and just purchased straight away! I would've been happy if they were the only good songs on the album, but thankfully there were lots of others too.
:D
That's interesting. I love the whole album, but "KTK" and "Hero" i didn't take to as much. My favorite song is "I Know" by far. It's almost as perfect as "Konna ni Chikaku de." Almost.
