This just makes me want to put my head down. Couldn't someone involved in the project commit to making a good Street Fighter movie? Couldn't they have made something a Street Fighter fan would be proud to see twice on opening day? Why must they torture us so?
Bison, Balrog, Charlie, and Gen are all supposed to be in this film, but in this trailer there's no sign of any of them. No glimpses of any spinning bird kick action either. Which is disconcerting. Vega's jumping around a lot in the trailer but he just looks silly. Will I see this movie? Yes. And I'll probably chew it to pieces in my review. But I'll hate myself. Because I love Chun-Li.

Balrog and Bison were shown in the trailer. They just don't look anything how they do in the game. That crazy white dude who married Edie in Desperate housewives is Bison (he's wearing a white suit when first shown in the trailer). And Michael Clarke Duncan is Balrog.
Yeah, I'm getting Catwoman vibes from this movie. Like, yeah it's Chun-Li, but not really Street Fighter in the same way that Halle's movie disrespected the Batman franchise.
Hoo-boy. I saw the trailer first in Japanese and its not much better now that I can understand it. Seriously, I want a BUFF girl in a movie already. Angelina Jolie in Wanted, when she was so skinny that she passed out??? Charlize Theron as AEON FLUX!??? Seriously wtf. I would never believe they were superheroes because *I* could kick their asses. Oh, Angelina is coming after me as some bullshit assassin...? Good, the bitch'll pass out before she gets anywhere near me.
